Non faulty returns
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your order confirmation.
Send your notice of cancellation by email to info@newtemptations.co.uk or call us on 0161 273 8686 stating your name and order details.
If your order has has already been dispatched at the date of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us unused and with the original packaging intact.

In the interest of hygiene, once products have been received by you, we will not accept returns of any intimate items e.g. all personal products, vibrators, creams or underwear.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse the return.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
