Food & Beverage Marketing Agency

One industry. Every link in the chain.

We're a full-service agency built for food and beverage, the operators who serve it, the brands that make it, and the distributors and manufacturers who supply both. It's the only industry we work in, and we work all of it.

One industry.
Every link in the chain.

Everything on that plate got sold three or four times before anyone ate it. Most agencies pick one link in that chain and stay there. We work all of them, which means whatever you make, serve, move, or supply, we already understand the people you sell to and the people you buy from.

01 · Makes it

Food & Beverage Brands

Roasters, brewers, sauce makers, and packaged-food producers who need their product in more stores and on more menus.

02 · Moves it

Food Distributors

Broadline and specialty distributors whose reps can only be in so many kitchens before noon.

03 · Outfits the kitchen

Equipment & Supply

Manufacturers, dealers, and rep groups selling the ovens, the walk-ins, and the smallwares into a buying cycle measured in years, not weeks.

And at the end of all of it, somebody just decides what to eat.

What We Do

Brand Strategy & Positioning
+

We find the thing that's true and different, then build a platform around it, whether that's a dining room, a jar on a shelf, or a combi oven nobody can tell apart from four competitors.

How We Work

01

Get in the kitchen

We start where the food is. Kitchens, plants, warehouses, trade floors, the story worth telling is never in the brief, it's in the building.

02

Build the recipe

Strategy and creative come together into something specific to your business and your segment, not a template with your logo dropped in.

03

Turn up the heat

We launch, we watch the number that matters, covers, velocity, doors, leads, and we keep adjusting the mix every quarter.

Why Saucy · Food & Beverage

We work both sides of the kitchen door.

Front of house, we build consumer demand for operators and brands. Back of house, we build trade demand for the companies selling into them. Working every link is what makes us better at each one.

Food & Beverage Marketing FAQ

Do you only work with food and beverage companies? +

That's the whole business now. We still support a handful of long-standing clients in other industries, but food and beverage is what we build for, hire for, and go to conferences for.

We're a supplier, not a restaurant. Isn't a restaurant agency the wrong fit? +

It's the opposite. Your customer is the restaurant. We spend every day inside those buildings, which means we know what your buyer reads, ignores, and responds to. Most B2B agencies pitching you have to take that on faith.

Do you handle both consumer and trade marketing? +

Yes, and often for the same client. A brand needs the buyer convinced and the shopper reaching. A distributor needs reps armed and operators aware. We build both sides.

Where are you located, and does it matter? +

Houma, Louisiana, with clients across the country. We're on site for local clients and visit national clients quarterly. For everyone else, the industry expertise travels better than the zip code does.

Do you outsource or white-label any of the work? +

Never. Everyone who touches your account, strategy, design, copy, media, is in-house at Saucy.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract? +

No. There's no long-term contract with Saucy. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into it.
